If you are gifting this subscription, please make sure to select “this is a gift” on the billing information page and fill in the recipients information. We will not contact the recipient until one week before the first pick-up date, and will email a gift card to the billing e-mail address to provide the recipient with.
Treat yourself or a loved one to an entire summer of flowers! Pick up a fresh bouquet every second week from June through September and enjoy eight gorgeous hand-tied bouquets throughout the entire summer.
Pick up day: Thursdays bi-weekly between 8am-8pm. Please note that you (or the recipient of the subscription) must pick up your flowers within the specified time on the provided dates. Bouquets will not be available outside Thursdays between 8am-8pm.
Location: Rae Country Farm in Almonte, ON or Carleton Place Hospital (Staff Only)
Details: Bouquets must be picked up on the allotted date within the time period. Reminder emails will be sent the evening prior to pick up. Out of town for a week? Have somebody pick your bouquet up for you, or provide 48 hours notice of your pick up time to exchange your bouquet for a gift card redeemable at our flower cart (weekends only). One ‘skip’ per subscription.
Please note: Weather dependent, final bouquet may be substituted for a dried arrangement if we get an early frost. We do not offer deliveries at this time. Please ensure you are able to pick up at the location specified on the dates selected.
